Project Timeline & Process
At Paire Design, we’ve crafted a streamlined and collaborative process to bring your brand vision to life. From initial discovery to final delivery, each step is designed to ensure clarity, creativity, and efficiency. Our timeline provides a clear framework to keep the project on track while allowing room for flexibility and thoughtful revisions. Together, we’ll create a cohesive and impactful brand suite tailored to your business.
01. CLIENT HOMEWORK
Complete the Discovery Questionnaire to provide insight into your brand’s vision and goals.

02. CREATIVE DIRECTION CALL
Discuss the completed questionnaire, explore design ideas, and outline the next steps in the process.

03. COLOR PALETTE CURATION
We will present you with 2–3 curated 5-color palette options to select from for your brand.
(estimated time: 2-3 days)
04. LOGO DESIGN PHASE
After selecting your color palette, we’ll present you with various font options for choosing your favorites for the logo design.
(estimated time: 2-3 days)
05. PRIMARY LOGO DESIGN
Using your chosen fonts, we’ll create 2–3 primary logo concepts for you to review.

06. LOGO SUITE DESIGN
Once the primary logo is approved, we’ll develop the complete logo suite, including secondary logos, brand marks, and a favicon.

07. REVISION PROCESS
Refinements are made to the logo suite to ensure everything aligns with your vision before preparing the final presentation.

08. PDF PRESENTATION & FINAL FILES
Once designs are approved, we’ll deliver a PDF presentation and final files in JPEG, PNG, and EPS formats, in all five colors of your palette.

09. CLIENT OFFBOARDING
You’ll receive an email with a Google Drive link to all your final files, along with a Goodbye Packet to bring the process to a smooth and cheerful close.

The timeline for the Brand Suite process is outlined in our project schedule, but the duration depends largely on how quickly we receive your completed client homework and your feedback on designs. With prompt responses, the entire process typically takes about four weeks.

We understand that life can be hectic, and many of our clients juggle both personal and business responsibilities. While we value flexibility and strive to accommodate your schedule, please note that delays in providing feedback or approvals may impact the project timeline, as our workflow is typically planned one to two weeks in advance.

Yes, you may place your project on hold for up to 6–12 months if necessary. However, when you're ready to resume, your project will be subject to our current availability, and we cannot guarantee an immediate start.

While we aim to adhere to the proposed four-week timeline, we build in a two-week buffer to account for unexpected delays. Creative work requires care and attention, and we avoid rushing the process. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed if any delays arise.

We include one round of revisions at the end of the Brand Suite process. Throughout the project, you’ll have opportunities to review and request changes before we move on to the next step, minimizing the need for additional revisions. If revisions are requested after the final files are delivered, an additional fee will apply.

Our process is designed to secure your approval at every step, ensuring the final product aligns with your vision. We’re committed to creating designs you’ll love and feel proud to showcase.

You’ll receive your logo files in the following formats:
PNG (transparent background)
JPEG (white background)
EPS
Original Adobe Illustrator file
All logos will be provided in your brand’s five color variations. Should you require additional file formats, an extra fee may apply depending on the type and quantity.

We do not provide refunds for the Brand Suite package. However, if the project hasn’t started and you’ve paid in full, the amount will be credited toward any of our other services. This credit is valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.

HOW TO REACH US
Communication & Studio Hours
COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
The best way to reach us is via email at hello@pairedesign.com. Occasionally, we may send longer, detailed messages through text in the form of voice notes, and we’re happy to receive text replies in return. While we do have an Instagram account, messages sent via Instagram may experience delays, as we don’t check DMs daily and sometimes miss notifications. For timely communication, we recommend emailing us directly.
RESPONSE TIME EXPECTATIONS
We strive to respond to emails daily, excluding weekends and holidays. However, due to our work schedule, responses may occasionally take a bit longer. Please allow 24–48 hours for a reply.
STUDIO HOURS
Our studio operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, as we are based in South Florida. While we typically don’t respond to emails or texts outside of these hours, exceptions may be made in urgent situations.
For our West Coast clients, we’re happy to extend our communication hours as needed.
For international clients, we’ll do our best to accommodate time differences and schedule a time that works for both parties.
CALLS AND MEETINGS
We prioritize clear communication throughout the design process and will keep you updated at every step. If you’d like to schedule a call or Zoom meeting, we’re happy to arrange that. While we welcome phone calls, they must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid conflicts with other appointments or work commitments. To schedule a call, please click the button below.
