The Semi-Custom Process

SELECT / PURCHASE / DISCOVERY
Select and purchase the brand suite kit that best aligns with your vision. Shortly after, you will receive an email with a link to complete a discovery questionnaire. 02
DESIGN / APPROVAL
After reviewing the questionnaire, we will begin the creative process and customization of the brand kit to fit your brand details. This process will take about 3 business days from the time we receive your questionnaire. Once ready, we will send you previews for your approval.03
DELIVERY day!
Once we have completed any revisions and have received your final approval, we will prepare all of the files and graphics for delivery. You will then be ready to launch your new brand!

As soon as we receive your discovery questionnaire, we will begin the customization process. This process will take about 3 business days. Once ready, we will email you the previews of the brand suite. We will then complete any revisions requested and once we have ur final approval, we will prepare the final files for delivery within 48 hours.
